How fast do you ship my FoundGolfBalls order?
Our warehouse team works to process standard orders within 24 hours on regular business days. Orders that include personalization or customization typically require up to 48 hours for processing.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, begin processing on the next regular business day, usually Monday. Once processing is complete, orders leave our warehouse as quickly as possible based on the order type.
Rush Processing
Need your order sooner? Select Rush Processing at checkout for an additional $4.99 on top of the $11.99 shipping for a total of $15.99. Rush orders are moved to the front of the processing queue. Standard rush orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours, while personalized or customized rush orders leave within 48 hours.

UPS Ground deliveries are generally shipped without a signature requirement. Drivers may leave packages in a location they consider safe.
Remote Location Shipping Surcharge
An additional $80 handling charge applies to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Canadian Territories, and certain other remote locations.

How do I qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping is available on orders totaling $89.01 USD or more after discounts.
Orders totaling $89.00 USD or less are subject to a flat $11.99 USD shipping fee.
