How fast do you ship my Found Golf Balls?
Our warehouse team is committed to processing regular customer orders within 24 hours on regular business days. Golf ball orders with personalization/ customization require 48 hours for processing. Orders received after 12 p.m. on Fridays, on Saturday or Sunday begin processing on the next regular business day, usually Monday. Once processed, customer orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours on regular business days. This means most customer orders completed before noon on Fridays leave our warehouse within 48 to 72 hours on regular business days, depending on the type of order.
Rush processing
Move your order to the front of the line by selecting Rush Processing at checkout for an additional fee of $15.99. Your rush order leaves the warehouse within 24 hours, and your personalized or customized order leaves the warehouse within 48 hours.
Where does foundgolfballs.com ship to?
Foundgolfballs.com ships primarily to customers in the United States, but we can also ship to Canada. We encourage our customers residing in Canada to visit our sister website, halfpricegolfballs.com, where we offer a very wide selection of used, recycled and refinished golf balls in CAD.

All orders are shipped UPS Ground standard
UPS Ground standard transit time varies heavily by distance. Depending on your delivery address, it can take between 3 to 7+ business days after leaving our warehouse for your parcel to arrive. Transit times to Alaska, Hawaii, distant mountainous and island regions, and deliveries to remote northern postal codes in Canada can fall outside these estimates, taking another 1 to 3 business days. Ground standard deliveries are usually treated as “no signature required” by default. Delivery drivers will attempt to leave packages at locations they deem safe.
Remote location shipping surcharge
An additional handling charge of $80 is applied to all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, other remote locations, or the Canadian Territories. How do I quality for Free Shipping?
Free Shipping is available if the total amount of your order, after all discounts, is USD$89.01 or more.
If the total amount of your order is USD$89 or less, a flat shipping fee of USD$13.99 is added.
What notifications will I receive?
- You will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order number and detailed receipt at the email address you entered when ordering once your order is successfully completed.
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing a linked tracking number once your parcel(s) leaves our warehouse.
